The 8th Pillar – Ultra-Low Risk Recovery System – Instant Download

Lucy's 8th Pillar Of Betting Wisdom

7 Pillars of Wisdom, Wadi Rum, Jordan

So what is the 8th Pillar?

8th Pillar was originally “born” as part of my 7 Pillars of Betting Wisdom series of articles, having been conceived as a recovery system.   It is an ultra low-risk football trading system that does not involve predicting outcomes.

Instead, rather like its “big sister”, SkewTrader Pro, it aims to exploit inefficiencies in the way bookmakers operate, so we can slowly rebuild our betting bank balances.

If you stick strictly to my guidance in the 8th Pillar system, the only two outcomes that should be available to you are winning and drawing.

There is one slightly riskier, optional technique included near the very end, but with that single exception, everything you will read about in this manual is no riskier than standard arbitrage.  But yet it can still be far more profitable than that.

It has never been sold before, though in August 2012, I gave away some copies, and requested donations once people had read it.

People who had already read the manual contributed up to £100 each, when they didn’t need to hand over a single penny.

Since then, the 8th Pillar’s been completely revised and updated, and now retails at just £39.

15th May 2013 Update – 8th Pillar is currently unavailable for sale.   If you’d like to be kept informed about when it’s going to be available, click here to mail me @ lucylastik@laybackandgetrich.com to be added to the waiting list.

As a bonus, subscribers also get unlimited free access to my football arb service.   And of course plenty of support from me, to get you started.

    Hi Lucy,

I’m just starting out on the whole sports trading business and have read with much interest your articles and the ebook.

I’d be very interested in acquiring a copy of the SkewTraderPro . I realise it’s been taken down, but if there’s any way I could acquire a copy I’d be pleased to purchase it along with the 8th Pillar. If there’s any chance please let me know.

If not, thanks anyway for putting out such well-thought out and comprehensive literature on the subject of sports trading.

      Thanks for your kind remarks.

For a limited period, you can still get the 8th Pillar by clicking the Buy Now button above. And I have added your name to the waiting list for SkewTrader Pro, and will advise you when it becomes available.

      many thanks

    Hi Lucy

I have just downloaded your 8th Pillar system (through my wife’s Paypal account Shhhh ((only kidding)) and look forward to reading it over the next few days. I would like to put my name down for your skewtrader system for when (and if) you make it available again.

Many Thanks for the site and all the effort you put into everything it is great information and a great guiding light. For The record I have taken a huge step back from Layers of profit which seems to have gone into freefall over the last 6 weeks after emails between us a few weeks back.

    Best Regards

      Gary,

Well thank you (and your wife!) for your purchase and your kind remarks. I will of course keep you fully informed about SkewTrader Pro.

Yes Layer of profit is going through a dreadful spell. But therein lies the problem with one-a-day selections… as turning things around will now take weeks!

      regards

      Lucy

    Hi Lucy,

Is this user friendly for someone working full time?

    Cheers,

    Jay

    • Lucy

      Jay

Yes, 8th Pillar bets can be placed days in advance so it can work well for 9 to 5ers.

    Hi Lucy,

with the 8th pillar system, does it allow for using shop bookies or is it reliant on BOG prices to work?

    Great site!

Does your 8th Pillar system rely on multiple bookmaker accounts ?

The 8th Pillar involves using both bookmakers and the exchange. It is not dependent on BOG pricing.

    Hi Lucy,

I must get this and try!

So, to be entirely clear about the bookie bit to this….. could it be used in bookie shops if no BOG prices are involved?.I have several restricted accounts you see.

    Kind regards,

    May

    Hi Lucy,

I hope you are well. Can you tell me what percentage profit the 8th Pillar achieves ‘on average’? Also can one start with small stakes?

    Many thanks,

    Lewis

      Lewis

I really struggle with questions like this as it depends so much on user decisions.

There are several different strategies and they vary. But as a guide, consider the ultra low risk strategies to be like the best form of arbitrage and the riskier version to be analogous to successful trading. Ie anything from a few per cent to maybe ten or fifteen percent.

      Yes, very definitely, start small.

      Thanks

      Lucy

Thought this could be good until I saw the dreadful ARBITRAGE AND TRADING words. Kind Regards Glyn

    • Lucy

Trading may not be as exciting for some Glyn, but it is undoubtedly a credible technique in the post-Betfair era. Maybe the words risk-free and profit will grab your interest instead? ;-)

Sorry if this is a stupid question… what are BOG prices. Am considering getting your 8th Pillar system. and when you say those who buy will get unlimited access to your football arb service, will that continue for a long time ahead (the UK football season will end soon so is this an all-year round service?) Thank you

      Anne

      Welcome to my website!

There really are no stupid questions, only stupid article writers like me who use jargon without explaining it properly.

BOG stands for “Best Odds Guaranteed”. It is an attractive offer from some bookmakers, made in response to Betfair’s all-conquering presence, that ensures that punters receive the better of (a) the price available when they placed their bet, and (b) the Industry Starting Price. Thus it protects the punter against drifting prices.

For instance, if I place a bet with a BOG bookie at 7-1, but the horse goes off at the Industry Starting Price of 9-1 and wins, I will be paid out at 9-1. This is a huge benefit in mathematical terms, and can be the difference between profit and loss.

Access to the football arbs is a bonus that comes with the 8th Pillar, and will last as long as my website endures: which hopefully will be many years! That said, I’m unlikely to leave the 8th Pillar sales page up for anything like as long.

Regarding SkewTrader Pro and your other comment, I have added your email address to my waiting list.

The manual is very well written and all tools are provided to get you started. I was able to place a successful bet today less than 24 hours after getting the 8th Pillar.
I’m very pleased with the system and will continue using it as part of my portfolio.

    Thank you, Lucy :-)

  11. Rick

    Hi Lucy,

After using Skew Trader Pro very successfully over the last few months I am looking at the 8th Pillar for the start of next season. Could you advise what your average returns were over the course of last season. Are they on a similar level to Skew Trader?

Keep up the good work with the site – loving it!!

    Rick

    • Lucy

      Rick

Thank you for your kind comments.

I haven’t really tracked my 8th Pillar profits in the way I do with Skew, as I use it purely for recovery purposes: i.e. I dip in and out. As a rule of thumb though, it’s reasonable to aim for returns at about half the level you’d get from SkewTrader.

An interesting question is, why bother with both? Well, although they are completely different in almost every respect, they both depend on suitable opportunities presenting themselves to the user, and thus are at their best at different times of the year.

Broadly speaking, the best opportunities for 8th Pillar arise during the domestic European football season (i.e. in winter), whereas Skew benefits from the increased number of race meetings in summer.
