FAQ for Lucy’s ArbTrader system

As promised, one FAQ, based on the emails and comments received so far…

Q: Do I need access to specific UK bookmakers to use the system?

A: Almost all UK bookmakers can be used with the system. If you only have accounts with some of them, feel free to send a list of the ones you use to lucylastik@laybackandgetrich.com, and I’ll let you know whether the system will work for you. However, I’d be absolutely amazed if there were a problem as there are very very few exceptions.

Q: Where I live, I cannot benefit from bookies’ account opening offers. Does this limit my ability to use the system?

A: No. The system does not exploit bookmakers’ account opening offers (or re-load offers for that matter). All bets are placed as normal without reference to any such incentive schemes.

Q: What does the system physically comprise?

A: A system manual that is 35 pages long and a four-worksheet spreadsheet to do the sums.  Everything in my method is therefore explained twice – once in principle in the manual, then in step-by-step detail in the spreadsheet.  Each cell in the spreadsheet is defined and nothing (I believe!) is left unsaid.

Q: Are there any special software requirements?

A: The manual is a PDF, requiring Adobe Acrobat to be installed on your computer.  You can get it free here.
The spreadsheet is in Microsoft Excel format, but also works perfectly well with the free software OpenOffice, which you can get here.

Q: I am naturally risk-averse. Is your system right for me?

A: I am sure my system is ideally suited to highly risk-averse people.  There is of course no such thing as a completely risk-free opportunity – even Mike’s Bonus Bagging system isn’t risk-free, as I nearly found out myself when getting my bets wrong!  (See here for details!).  However, the whole point of my system is to exploit a novel, valuable, very low-risk opportunity, and in the vast majority of cases, a profit will be guaranteed before the sports event even takes place.

Q: Should I paper trade first?

A: You can of course purchase my guide and paper trade it, using the spreadsheet to do the calculations.  I personally would recommend however that you start out with very small sums instead, as even with small amounts, the experience is more real than using no money at all.

Q: What support do you provide?

A: I am planning to set up a protected subscribers’ area, however for now am concentrating on email support, which is naturally more personalised. I aim to respond within 24 hours, but usually it’s a lot quicker than this.

High quality support is essential in my view as everyone starts in a different place, with varying levels of skill and experience.   I want all my subscribers to get full value out of the system as a matter of principle.    Additionally, if any part of my system isn’t absolutely crystal clear, I desperately want to know, so I can improve it!
